Grimsthorpe Festival Plans Progressing

PLANS are steaming ahead for this year’s Grimsthorpe Festival.

Organiser Daniel Sumpton has planned many additions to the event at Grimsthorpe Castle on August Bank Holiday Monday, August 27, following on from last year’s success, which attracted almost 10,000 people.

He said: “After seeing so many people at last year’s festival, I was determined to repay their very kind support by working tirelessly to make the 2012 festival even bigger and better.”

Among the many extras planned, Daniel is also introducing an Underage Stage for bands and artists who are below the age of 18.
